Job summary

EY's Oracle Services practice seeks a skilled HCM consultant to lead Fusion HCM and Benefits configurations for client projects nationwide. You will gather requirements, design solutions, configure systems, test, deploy, and provide post‑production support while ensuring governance and data integrity.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of Oracle HCM experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and are willing to travel up to 50%+.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years of Oracle HCM experience.
• Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and solution design for Oracle Fusion HCM and Benefits.
• Configure and maintain Core HR, Benefits, and related HCM modules.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams and coordinate with IT, Payroll, and Payroll vendors.
• Support quarterly Oracle releases and regression testing to ensure stability.
