Job summary

BRMi is seeking an experienced technical-functional professional to support Oracle Incentive Compensation within an HR Technology environment. The role collaborates with business and technology stakeholders to translate concepts, demonstrate capabilities, and optimize incentive plans, aligning with the Oracle HCM ecosystem.

Hybrid in Vienna, VA, with in-person interviews and a strong focus on testing, integration, and governance across Core HR, payroll, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting Oracle Incentive Compensation within Oracle Fusion or Oracle HCM.
• Advanced functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Incentive Compensation capabilities, configuration, and plan design.
• Experience implementing, configuring, enhancing, and optimizing incentive compensation plans.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM and its integration with Incentive Compensation, including Core HR, payroll, benefits, employee data, and job attributes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional and technical SME for Oracle Incentive Compensation and integration with Oracle HCM.
• Explain capabilities and provide product demonstrations to audiences from staff to executives.
• Develop level-of-effort estimates for new incentive plans including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Lead the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of the Oracle Incentive Compensation module.
