CeDent is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Administrator / Functional Analyst in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area. You will administer and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, work with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to support operations, and lead configuration, testing, and training efforts.

The role requires 5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with strong knowledge of HR/payroll processes and cloud updates.

Responsibilities

• Administer Oracle Fusion HCM environments (Development, Test, UAT, Production).
• Configure and support Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, Performance Management, Compensation, Time and Labor, Help Desk, Journeys, and ORC.
• Manage quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and regression testing.
• Configure security roles, data roles, and user provisioning.
• Support HDL, HSDL, Spreadsheet Loader, REST APIs, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formulas.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide Tier 2/3 support.
• Work with business users on enhancements, testing, documentation, and training.

Position Summary

The Oracle Fusion HCM Administrator/Functional Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, support, enhancement, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM). The role partners with Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, IT, and business stakeholders to support HR operations and strategic initiatives.
