Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Oracle Fusion HCM reporting and analytics strategy.
• Establish reporting governance, standards, documentation, and best practices.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and IT to define priorities and roadmaps.
• Advise leadership on reporting capabilities, analytics opportunities, and Oracle tool selection.
• Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure scalable reporting solutions.
• Create executive dashboards, workforce analytics, operational reports, and compliance reporting.

• Support payroll processing validation, testing, and go-live activities.

Job description

Kforce has a client in Raleigh, NC that is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Reporting & Analytics. Summary: We are looking for someone to lead the design, development, governance, and delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions across our Oracle Fusion HCM platform. This role will serve as the reporting and analytics subject matter expert supporting the deployment and ongoing optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor (OTL), Absence Management, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Oracle Fusion HCM reporting and analytics strategy
• Establish reporting governance, standards, documentation, and best practices
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and IT stakeholders to define reporting priorities and roadmaps
• Advise leadership on reporting capabilities, analytics opportunities, and Oracle reporting tool selection
• Collaborate with implementation partners and internal teams to ensure scalable and sustainable reporting solutions
• Create executive dashboards, workforce analytics, operational reports, and compliance reporting
• Develop reporting solutions that support enterprise decision-making across all HCM functional areas
• Lead the design and development of complex Oracle Fusion Payroll reporting solutions
• Build payroll reconciliation and balancing reports
• Support payroll processing validation, testing, and go-live activities
• Develop audit, compliance, tax, retroactive processing, and payroll exception reporting

Design, develop, and support enterprise reporting solutions utilizing:

• Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
• BI Publisher (BIP)
• HCM Extracts
• Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
• Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)

Requirements

• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
• Has successfully delivered multiple Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
• Possesses deep expertise in Payroll reporting, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and workforce analytics

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
