Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking an Oracle HCM Solution Architect in Raleigh, NC to serve as a strategic advisor and hands-on SME across Oracle Cloud HCM.

The role bridges business stakeholders, HRIS, and technical teams to design scalable solutions, guide configuration decisions, and oversee integrations and security considerations. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in Oracle HCM with 5+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM, deep Core HR and Security expertise, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

10+ years of Oracle HCM experience, with 5+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM.
Deep expertise across Core HR and Security.
Experience with Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Talent/Recruiting modules is preferred.
Experience with Redwood functionality and security impacts.
Strong knowledge of HCM security architecture, custom roles, and access controls.

Responsibilities

Partner with HR, HRIS, and business leaders to translate requirements into Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
Lead solution architecture across Core HR, Security, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, and Recruiting.
Provide guidance on best practices, future-state design, and process optimization.
Design and review HCM security models, custom roles, and data access strategies.
Oversee integrations, data conversions, HDL/HSDL processes, and HCM Extracts.
Collaborate with implementation partners to align with business objectives.
Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues across the Oracle HCM platform.
Establish governance, standards, and documentation for scalability and support.
