Job summary

CGS Business Solutions is seeking a Senior Applications Analyst – Oracle HCM to lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations for a nationwide manufacturing client. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams across O2C, S2P, and R2R to deliver robust, scalable solutions that provide measurable value and smooth operations.

The candidate will act as the primary SME for HCM, coordinating with business stakeholders and SI partners, following SDLC/Agile practices and ensuring quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3+ full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations (preferred) and 2+ covering HCM processes.
• 5+ years of Oracle ERP applications/implementation experience, with cross-functional integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations (Hire to Retire) with cross-functional interactions across tracks.
• Serve as SME for the HCM track, translating business needs into robust, scalable solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and SI partners to deliver stable, user-friendly Oracle solutions.
• Plan and execute UATs, system validation, and production deployments; govern enhancements/backlog.
