Job summary

AV in Germantown, MD is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to provide hands-on functional support for Oracle Fusion ERP and other finance applications. You will drive business process execution, testing, training delivery, and user support across Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and other workstreams.

Responsibilities include coordinating UAT, documenting processes, developing test scripts, and ensuring data integrity during ERP implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance systems or ERP implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial Management (or similar ERP).
• Experience coordinating UAT and managing defect resolution for ERP projects.
• Experience delivering end-user training for finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion workstreams (P2P, R2R, Q2C, P2C).
• Document business processes, workflows, and specs for current and future state.
• Ensure proper functional setup including COA, calendars, ledgers, and tax rules.
• Coordinate testing and data collection forms, and train end users.
• Support production systems and hypercare during go-live stabilization.
