Job summary

AV is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to provide hands-on functional support for Oracle Fusion ERP and related finance applications. You will drive business process execution, testing, training, and user support within the Finance Systems team.

The role requires strong Oracle Fusion knowledge, process documentation, and experience coordinating UAT, training delivery, and end-user support. You will work across Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and other finance workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, or business process analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial Management (or Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, SAP, NetSuite, or comparable ERP).
• Experience coordinating UAT, developing test scripts, and managing defect resolution for ERP implementations.
• Experience designing and delivering end-user training for finance systems or business applications.

Responsibilities

• Support functional execution in Oracle Fusion workstreams (Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Quote to Cash, Project to Close) based on requirements defined by business and project teams.
• Document business processes, system workflows, and functional specifications for current-state and future-state operations.
• Ensure proper functional setup including chart of accounts, calendars, ledgers, business units, payment terms, tax rules, and approval hierarchies.
• Partner with IT Infrastructure on integration testing for Salesforce CRM, Workday HRIS, and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot functional issues, research support documentation, and coordinate with Oracle support for complex problems.
