Job summary

AV is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to deliver hands-on functional support for Oracle Fusion ERP and related finance applications. You will drive system testing, training delivery, documentation, and user support to enable accurate financial processes and continuous improvement.

The role covers production finance systems, EPM, Apex, and funded transformation initiatives, with a focus on go-live hypercare, end-user adoption, and cross-functional collaboration across finance and IT

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, or business process analysis
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial Management (or Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, SAP, NetSuite, or comparable ERP)
• Experience coordinating UAT, developing test scripts, and managing defect resolution for ERP implementations
• Experience designing and delivering end-user training for finance systems or business applications

Responsibilities

• Finance Systems Support & Implementation Execution
• Document business processes, system workflows, and functional specifications for current-state and future-state operations
• Ensure proper functional setup including chart of accounts, calendars, ledgers, business units, payment terms, tax rules, and approval hierarchies
• Coordinate testing for integrations between Oracle Fusion, EPM, and Apex applications
• Provide functional support for Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS, FCCS, Planning) and Apex rollout
