Job summary

AV in San Diego, CA seeks a Senior Manager, Finance Systems to lead enterprise-wide finance systems initiatives, focusing on Oracle Fusion ERP optimization and implementation. You will bridge finance requirements with technical delivery, managing complex processes, configurations, integrations, and cross-functional workstreams.

The role leads the Finance Systems team, drives testing and training, and partners with IT for infrastructure. 8+ years in finance systems and ERP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s or CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive finance systems experience with leadership exposure.
• Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing Oracle Fusion or other Tier 1 ERP systems.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-phase finance transformations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production support for existing finance systems including Oracle Fusion, EPM, Apex, and other applications.
• Define business requirements and functional specifications for Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Quote to Cash, and Project to Close.
• Design end-to-end business processes and approval hierarchies aligned with SOX controls.
• Coordinate with IT Infrastructure on architecture, integrations, and performance.
• Own integration requirements for finance system connections (Salesforce, Workday HRIS, payment systems).
