Job summary

You will lead testing coordination, documentation, and training, while supporting production systems and finance transformation initiatives. The role emphasizes operational excellence and user empowerment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in finance systems or ERP implementations.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financial Management or similar ERP.
• Experience coordinating UAT and defect resolution for ERP projects.
• Experience delivering end-user training for finance systems or business applications.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Fusion workstreams across P2P, R2R, Q2C, and P2C.
• Document business processes and functional specifications.
• Coordinate testing, training, and user support during go-live.
• Provide hypercare support post-implementation.
