Job summary

AV is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to provide hands-on functional support for Oracle Fusion and other finance applications. You will drive process execution, testing, training, and user support across the Finance Systems team.

Responsibilities include setting up financial structures, coordinating UAT, creating test scripts, and delivering end-user training. This role emphasizes collaboration with IT and business units to ensure successful go-live and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, or business process analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial Management (or Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, SAP, NetSuite, or comparable ERP).
• Experience coordinating UAT, developing test scripts, and managing defect resolution for ERP implementations.
• Experience designing and delivering end-user training for finance systems or business applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on functional support for Oracle Fusion workstreams (Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Quote to Cash, Project to Close).
• Document business processes, system workflows, and functional specifications for current/future-state ops.
• Ensure proper functional setup including COA, calendars, ledgers, business units, terms, tax rules, and approvals.
• Coordinate testing for integrations between Oracle Fusion, EPM, and Apex apps.
