Job summary

AV in California seeks a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to provide hands-on functional support for Oracle Fusion ERP and related finance apps, driving process excellence and end-user success across Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and more.

The role covers EPM, Apex, testing, training, and production support, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize financial processes and capitalize on new Oracle Fusion features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS.
• 3-5 years in finance systems, ERP implementation, or process analysis.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Financial Management experience.
• Experience coordinating UAT and defect resolution for ERP projects.
• Experience delivering end-user training for finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Support functional execution in Oracle Fusion workstreams.
• Document business processes, workflows, and specs.
• Coordinate testing and QA across Fusion, EPM, Apex.
• Design and deliver end-user training for finance systems.
• Provide production support and hypercare post go-live.
• Maintain process documentation and drive improvements.
