Job summary

AV in the United States seeks a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to provide hands-on functional support for Oracle Fusion ERP and other finance applications. You’ll be a key resource for business process execution, system testing, training delivery, and end-user support to drive operational excellence.

This role blends Oracle Fusion expertise with process documentation, testing coordination, and training capabilities to help Finance Systems deliver reliable, scalable finance solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, or business process analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial Management (or ERP alternatives).
• Experience coordinating UAT, developing test scripts, and managing defect resolution.
• Experience designing and delivering end-user training for finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on functional support for Oracle Fusion workstreams (P2P, R2R, Q2C, P2C) per business requirements.
• Document business processes, system workflows, and functional specifications.
• Ensure proper functional setup including COA, calendars, ledgers, business units, tax rules, and approvals.
• Partner with IT on integration testing for Salesforce CRM, Workday HRIS, and third-party apps.
• Support EPM Cloud, Apex rollout, and testing coordination; assist with capitalization reporting.
