Job summary

AV is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to provide hands-on functional support for production finance systems and support Oracle Fusion ERP implementations. You will work across Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and other finance workstreams, ensuring accurate configurations and effective end-user training.

This role requires coordinating testing, developing scripts, managing defects, and delivering live training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, or business process analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial Management or comparable ERP.
• Experience coordinating UAT, developing test scripts, and managing defect resolution.
• Experience designing and delivering end-user training for finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Finance Systems Support & Implementation Execution
• Document business processes, system workflows, and functional specifications
• Ensure proper functional setup including COA, calendars, ledgers, and tax rules
• Partner with IT on integration testing for Salesforce CRM and third-party apps
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with Oracle support
• Provide functional support for Oracle EPM Cloud and Apex applications
• Coordinate testing for integrations and ensure data accuracy
• Support finance transformation projects with configuration, testing, and training
• Design role-based training curricula and materials
• Deliver live training sessions and post-training support
• Support hypercare and ongoing operations post-go-live
• Document end-to-end processes and maintain knowledge base
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Collaborate with accounting SMEs on enhancements
• Use LLMs to create test scripts, training materials, and documentation
