Job summary

LABUR is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, Finance & Accounting to serve as the primary IT delivery partner for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementations in multi-site environments.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end finance processes (record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash).
• Experience with Oracle Fusion integrations, reporting, workflows, and data migration (OIC, OTBI, BI Publisher).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT functional lead for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Tax, and Financial Reporting).
• Partner with Finance leaders to define technology strategy and deliver solutions aligned with objectives.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance and Accounting solutions, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Own and drive the Finance application roadmap and drive automation, AI, and data integrity across sites.
• Provide governance over implementation partners and ensure delivery of business value.
• Act as escalation point for critical issues impacting close, reporting, and operations.
