We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Fusion Finance to support our finance transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between Finance stakeholders and IT, ensuring that Oracle Cloud solutions align with business goals.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements related to Oracle Cloud Fusion Financial modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Tax).
• Analyze existing financial processes and identify improvement opportunities through Oracle Fusion capabilities.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and configurations for Oracle Cloud Fusion Finance.
• Lead or support configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post‑implementation support.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion Finance functionality and business processes.
• Partner with integration and data teams to ensure seamless connections between Oracle and upstream/downstream systems.
• Prepare training documentation and support end‑user training.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage defect resolution, and support month‑end/quarter‑end close activities as needed.
• Stay current on Oracle Cloud updates/releases and assess their impact on business operations.

Who You’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Finance applications.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Finance modules.
