BILL’s Finance BizTech team seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst with deep Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) expertise. You will lead functional design and respond to business needs, partnering with IT and offshore teams to deliver robust ERP solutions.

You will guide end-to-end ERP configurations, testing, and post‑go‑live enhancements while collaborating with finance stakeholders and auditors to ensure SOX compliance and process excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, IS.
• Minimum 5 years of ERP BS Analyst experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion).
• Strong expertise across R2R, P2P, and O2C including GL, SLA, Payables, Receivables, Procurement, Cash Management, Fixed Assets.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion configuration and testing.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle ERP Cloud implementation and post go-live support.
• Experience working with business users and auditors; ability to translate needs to technical specs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to bridge business and IT.

Aufgaben

• Serve as functional lead on Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation across R2R, P2P, and O2C.
• Lead post go-live support, triage issues, root cause analysis, and system enhancements.
• Partner with Finance to understand processes, pain points, and goals; recommend scalable ERP solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements, FDDs, processes, and configurations.
• Configure Oracle ERP Cloud modules and manage environment changes.
• Plan and execute SIT, UAT, and support defect resolution through sign-off.
• Support ERP integrations with upstream/downstream systems with technical teams.
• Collaborate with offshore teams; provide clear functional specs and prioritize work.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities; ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Assist auditors and document controls for SOX/compliance.
• Collaborate with IT teams across security, data, and infrastructure.
• Contribute to release/change management and end-user training.
