Mosaic Life Care is seeking a Business Applications Analyst III – ERP to serve as a senior SME for Oracle Fusion ERP SCM, leading cross-functional initiatives and mentoring junior staff.

You will partner with business and IT teams to design, configure, test, and support ERP solutions, drive process improvements in supply chain, and ensure reliable application availability across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of ERP or functional business systems experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud application design, configuration, testing, and support.
• Hospital or health system supply chain experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP application design, configuration, testing and implementation for SCM.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Lead collaboration with functional departments and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
• Identify and implement opportunities for ERP and supply chain management improvements.
• Demonstrates accountability in delivering assigned tasks and reporting progress to the application manager.
• Analyses and documents current and future needs and workflows through interviews and data gathering.
