Job summary

Mosaic Life Care seeks a senior Business Applications Analyst III – ERP to lead Oracle Fusion ERP SCM initiatives, guide configurations, testing, and implementations. You will train and mentor other analysts and partner with business stakeholders to optimize ERP usage and performance.

The role requires deep ERP expertise, strong communication, and ability to drive cross-functional projects across IT and business teams in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Admin or related field, or equivalent experience.
• ~5 years experience with ERP systems or functional business systems, with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP SCM design, configuration, testing and implementation.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Collaborate with functional departments and IT to align ERP with enterprise goals.
• Identify opportunities for ERP and SCM process and performance improvements.
• Report project issues and accomplishments to the application manager.
• Ensure design decisions meet project scope and guidelines.
