Job summary

Mosaic Life Care seeks a senior Business Applications Analyst III – ERP to act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP SCM. You will lead design, configuration, testing and implementation, guide integrations, and collaborate with IT and business partners to drive operational excellence.

The role emphasizes training, mentoring, proactive issue management, and maintaining high system availability across multiple platforms. Remote work is restricted by state rules; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Senior ERP SME for Oracle Fusion ERP SCM with cross-functional initiative leadership.
• Trains and mentors associates in ERP operation and administration.
• Proactively manages issues and changes across technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP SCM design, configuration, testing and implementation.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Collaborate with functional departments and IT to align ERP with enterprise goals.
• Identify opportunities for ERP and SCM process and performance improvement.
• Escalate and report project issues to the application manager.
• Document current and future needs and workflows with stakeholders.
• Participate in planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of ERP systems.
• Communicate effectively with business partners and ERP team members.
