Job summary
Mosaic Life Care is seeking a Senior Business Applications Analyst III – ERP to serve as a senior SME for Oracle Fusion ERP SCM and lead cross-functional initiatives. You will train and mentor associates, partner with business units to optimize tools, and proactively troubleshoot issues across the ERP ecosystem.

Qualifications
- 5 years' ERP or functional business systems experience.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud design, configuration, testing and support.
- Hospital or health system supply chain experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion ERP application design, configuration, testing and implementation for SCM.
- Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
- Lead collaboration with IT and functional departments to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
- Identify opportunities for ERP/process improvements in supply chain.
- Communicate project progress and issues to the application manager.
- Ensure delivered work meets scope and standards.
- Document current and future needs through interviews and data gathering.
