Mosaic Life Care is seeking an experienced Business Applications Analyst III – ERP to lead design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP for SCM. You will guide ERP setup, reporting, and integrations and work closely with functional teams and IT to align ERP with organizational goals.

The role requires translating business needs into scalable ERP solutions, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring high availability and performance of applications.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• ~5 years ERP or functional business systems experience.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud application design, configuration, testing, and support.

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP SCM design, configuration, testing and implementation.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Collaborate with departments and IT to align ERP with enterprise goals.
• Identify opportunities for ERP processes and performance improvement.
• Report project issues and accomplishments to the application manager.
• Deliver work products meeting project scope within guidelines.
