Job summary

Mosaic Life Care in the United States seeks a senior Business Applications Analyst III – ERP to lead Oracle Fusion ERP SCM design, configuration, testing and implementation. You will partner with business areas and IT to align ERP capabilities with organizational goals.

Responsibilities include training, mentoring, and supporting ERP users, driving process improvements, and ensuring reliable application availability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in IT, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
~5 years ERP or functional business systems experience.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP SCM design, configuration, testing and support.

Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Fusion ERP SCM design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts.
Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting and integrations.
Collaborate with functions and IT to align ERP systems with goals.
Identify opportunities for ERP and SCM process improvements.
Report issues and accomplishments to the application manager.
Deliver work products within project scope and guidelines.
Analyze current and future needs through interviews and data gathering.
Participate in planning, development, maintenance and evaluation of ERP systems.
Contribute in meetings and maintain competency in the area.
Communicate effectively with partners to deliver solutions.
