Mosaic Life Care is seeking a Business Applications Analyst III – ERP to serve as a senior SME for Oracle Fusion ERP SCM. You will lead cross‑functional initiatives, train and mentor junior analysts, and partner with business teams to optimize ERP usage and drive operational efficiency.

The role requires proactive issue resolution, strong communication, and ability to document requirements, design changes, and oversee testing and implementation.

Qualifications

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP application design, configuration, testing and implementation for SCM.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Collaborate with functional departments and IT to align ERP systems with goals.
• Identify and implement opportunities for ERP and supply chain process improvements.
• Document needs and workflows from interviews and data gathering.
• Contribute in planning, development, maintenance, and evaluation of ERP systems.
• Maintain competency in assigned application areas.
• Communicate effectively with business partners and ERP team members.
