Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking a seasoned Business Applications Analyst III – ERP to serve as a senior expert for Oracle Fusion ERP SCM. You will train, mentor, and support partners and other ERP Analysts while driving operation improvements across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with business units and IT, guide ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations, and lead initiatives to enhance system performance and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Approximately 5 years in ERP systems or functional business systems with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud design, configuration, testing, and support.
• Travel requirements as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP SCM design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts for SCM.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Lead collaboration with functional departments and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
• Identify and implement opportunities for ERP and SCM process and performance improvement.
• Report project issues and accomplishments to the application manager.
• Deliver work products that meet project requirements within guidelines.
• Analyze and document current and future needs and workflows with data gathering.
• Participate in planning, development, implementation, maintenance, support, and evaluation of systems.
• Contribute in team meetings and maintain competency in the assigned area.
• Communicate effectively with business partners to deliver solutions.
