Donyati, LLC is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion CX Consultant to lead implementation and support for a customer engagement initiative across Sales and/or Service.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to design, configure and deliver CX solutions, implement integrations via OIC, migrate data with FBDI, and build OTBI/BI Publisher reports while working with a US-based team across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years IT experience with 5+ years Oracle Fusion CX hands-on.
• At least 3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion CX implementations.
• Experience with CX Sales and/or Service modules.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, configuration and delivery of Oracle Fusion CX solutions.
• Gather requirements and translate to functional designs.
• Configure CX Sales and CX Service modules.
• Develop integrations using OIC and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Migrate data with FBDI and manage OTBI reports.
• Provide testing support and hypercare post go‑live.
• Prepare design docs and training materials.
• Collaborate with US-based team across time zones.
