Job summary

HDR is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Developer specialized in Oracle Sales Cloud (CX Sales) to support, enhance, and optimize our CRM platform. You will partner with business stakeholders, sales operations, and IT to implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and drive adoption of Oracle CX solutions.

The role requires strong Oracle Cloud technical know-how, business process knowledge in sales/CRM, and the ability to lead a development team through design, deployment, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Associates degree in computer science or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in software development.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills (technical and functional).
• Ability to lead and mentor development team members.
• Experience interpreting business requirements and producing technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, especially Oracle Sales Cloud (CX Sales).
• Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing business operations.
• Configure and enhance UI components in accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle CX Sales and enterprise apps.
• Design and build reports, dashboards, and analytics for business users.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and regression testing.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures; collaborate cross-functionally.
• Participate in system enhancement projects and continuous improvement efforts.
