Iitjobs Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle CX/CRM consultant to lead end-to-end implementation for Oracle Sales Cloud (CX Sales) and Oracle Service Cloud (B2B/B2C Service) in the United States.

You will manage requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment across CX modules, ensuring seamless integration with ERP/CRM systems. The role emphasizes Redwood UX, Visual Builder Studio, and Express Studio, with responsibility for reuse of best-practice solutions, omnichannel routing,

Responsibilities

• Implementation & Configuration: Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, test, deploy) for Oracle Sales Cloud (CX Sales) and Oracle Service Cloud (B2B/B2C Service).
• Redwood Experience Design: Re-architect and configure existing Oracle CX applications using the modern Oracle Redwood UX framework, Visual Builder Studio (VBS), and Express Studio.
• Solution Architecture: Analyze business processes to design scalable, best-practice solutions spanning lead-to-opportunity management, service request management, knowledge bases, and omnichannel routing.
• Integrations & Customizations: Design and support integrations between Oracle CX modules and external ERP, CRM, or third-party platforms using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or REST/SOAP APIs.
• Testing & Support: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), address complex technical issues, and provide ongoing L2/L3 application maintenance and enhancement support.
