Job summary

HDR, Inc. in Omaha, NE, seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Developer with CRM specialization to implement, enhance, and optimize Oracle CX Sales Cloud.

You will partner with sales operations and IT to translate requirements into technical solutions and integrations, driving adoption of Oracle CX modules across the business. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in software development, strong Oracle CX Sales, VBCS, APEX, and REST/SOAP integration experience, and a proven ability to mentor teams

Qualifications

• Associates degree in computer science or related field plus 6+ years of software development experience.
• Experience configuring Oracle CX Sales and CRM best practices.
• Strong problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments and mentoring developers.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, notably Oracle CX Sales.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support business operations.
• Configure UI in accounts, contacts, opportunities.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle CX Sales and enterprise systems.
• Design and build reports, dashboards, and analytics for users.
• Gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Support quarterly Cloud updates and regression testing.
• Create technical documentation and support procedures.
• Collaborate with business, ERP, and integration teams.
• Participate in system enhancement projects.
