Donyati, LLC is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion CX Consultant to lead implementation and support for a customer engagement initiative across Sales and/or Service.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to design, configure and deliver CX solutions, implement integrations via OIC, migrate data with FBDI, and build OTBI/BI Publisher reports while working with a US-based team across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years IT experience with 5+ years Oracle Fusion CX hands-on.
• At least 3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion CX implementations.
• Experience with CX Sales and/or Service modules.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, configuration and delivery of Oracle Fusion CX solutions.

• Develop integrations using OIC and REST/SOAP APIs.

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion CX Consultant to lead implementation and support work for a customer engagement. You will work directly with business stakeholders to design, configure and deliver Oracle CX solutions across Sales and/or Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and convert them into functional designs and configuration in Oracle Fusion CX
• Configure CX Sales (leads, opportunities, accounts, contacts, territories, forecasting, quotas) and/or CX Service (service requests, queues, assignment rules, SLAs, knowledge)
• Extend the application using Application Composer, Groovy scripting, and Visual Builder Studio (Redwood UX)
• Work on integrations with ERP and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Handle data migration using File-Based Data Import (FBDI) and import management
• Build reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher
• Manage roles, security and user setup
• Support testing (SIT, UAT), go-live, and post-go-live hypercare
• Prepare documentation: requirements, design documents, configuration workbooks, and training material
• Work with US-based team members and customers across time zones

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of IT experience, with 5+ years hands-on in Oracle Fusion CX (Sales and/or Service)
• At least 3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion CX implementations
• Strong experience with Application Composer, Groovy, and Visual Builder Studio
• Working knowledge of OIC, REST APIs, and FBDI
• Experience with OTBI / BI Publisher reporting
• Strong communication skills and experience in client-facing roles

Nice to Have

• Oracle Fusion CX Certified Implementation Professional (Sales or Service)
• Exposure to CPQ, Subscription Management, Field Service, or Eloqua
• Experience with Oracle Siebel or legacy CRM to Fusion CX migrations
