Mastercard is seeking a Lead Oracle EPM / Hyperion Business Systems Analyst in Purchase, NY. You will analyze complex financial planning needs and deliver scalable Hyperion/EPM solutions, including planning, Essbase, and cloud migrations.

The role collaborates with FP&A, Tax, HR, Technology, and external partners to ensure accurate reporting and efficient processes. We require seven years of hands-on Hyperion/Oracle EPM experience, strong design and development skills, and the ability to lead

Qualifications

• Seven+ years hands-on Hyperion/Oracle EPM in global environments.
• Experience implementing Hyperion Planning and Essbase.
• Strong Oracle EPM Cloud experience preferred.
• Lead full-cycle Hyperion/Oracle EPM initiatives.
• Experience migrating on-prem to cloud is a plus.
• Proficient in requirements gathering and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate into scalable financial-system solutions.
• Design, develop, test, deploy Hyperion Planning and Oracle EPM Cloud apps.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting and Smart View solutions.
• Lead end-to-end Hyperion and EPM cloud migration initiatives.
• Coordinate deliverables across onsite, offshore and vendors.
• Create end-user training and documentation.
