Heartline Staffing is actively seeking a Lead Oracle EPM / Hyperion Business Systems Analyst for a senior-level role in Purchase, NY. The position drives enterprise financial planning, forecasting, profitability analysis, allocations, and management reporting, using Oracle EPM, Hyperion Planning, and Essbase.

You will collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Tax, HR, and Technology teams, lead development, and coordinate with offshore and third-party vendors to deliver scalable financial solutions across

Qualifications

• Seven+ years hands-on Hyperion or Oracle EPM in global environments.
• Experience leading or significantly contributing to a full Hyperion Planning or Oracle EPM implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, CS, Business Admin, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and translate to functional/technical specs.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Oracle EPM apps.
• Lead implementations, enhancements, and cloud-migration initiatives.
• Develop allocation models, calculation scripts, business rules, data integrations, and security structures.
• Maintain reporting solutions using Smart View and Financial Reporting.
• Coordinate projects with stakeholders, offshore teams, and vendors.
• Develop documentation and provide end-user training during the lifecycle.
