Job summary

Mastercard in Purchase, NYis seeking a Lead Oracle EPM / Hyperion Business Systems Analyst to join the GBSC Systems Hyperion team. The role requires 7+ years of hands-on Hyperion/Oracle EPM experience and hands-on development across Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Oracle EPM Cloud.

You will translate business requirements into scalable financial-system solutions, lead initiatives, and coordinate with FP&A, Tax, HR, and Tech teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Hyperion/Oracle EPM experience in global environments.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Hyperion/Oracle EPM implementations and cloud migrations.
• Strong experience with Hyperion Planning and Essbase.
• Experience leading or playing a significant role in full-cycle Hyperion/Oracle EPM implementations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate requirements into scalable financial-system solutions.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting solutions including Financial Reporting and Smart View.
• Lead end-to-end Hyperion/Oracle EPM implementations and cloud migrations.
• Coordinate across onsite, offshore, and third-party resources.
