Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM professional to lead and deliver complex Hyperion Planning and Essbase solutions across global teams. The role focuses on translating requirements into technical specs, maintaining strong cross-team communication, and guiding a multi-location development effort.

Ideal candidates bring 13+ years in Oracle EPM, Proficiency with FDMEE, Calc/Script, MAXL, and REST APIs; familiar with EPBCS, Smart View VBA, and Hyperion Financial Reporting.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud services including OCI IaaS/PaaS, Essbase and EPM SaaS suite.
• Proficiency in Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.x, FDMEE and Hyperion Financial Reports.
• Strong multidimensional concepts and large Essbase design experience.
• Expert level in Essbase: outline design, Calc Script, MaxL, ASO/BSO storage, and scripting tools such as epmautomate, MAXL, and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specs and design deliverables.
• Maintain clear communication within team and with Project Manager to raise issues as needed.
• Produce high-quality engineering deliverables on schedule.
• Develop project designs and unit test against specs.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering staff and lead a distributed team.
