ESPO Engineering, based in Purchase, NY, seeks a Lead Oracle EPM / Hyperion Business Systems Analyst for a permanent hybrid role. The team supports Oracle Financials, EPM, Hyperion Planning, and Essbase across global operations.

You will lead design, development, and support of Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Oracle EPM Cloud, collaborate with FP&A, Tax, HR, and Technology, and drive scalable financial solutions across planning, forecasting, profitability analysis, and reporting.

Formación

• At least seven years of hands-on Hyperion or Oracle EPM in global environments.
• Strong experience developing, implementing, and supporting Hyperion Planning and Essbase.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading or playing a significant role in full-cycle Hyperion Planning or Oracle EPM implementations.
• Experience migrating on-premises to the cloud or transforming processes.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Hyperion/EPBC solutions.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Oracle EPM Cloud apps.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting solutions including Smart View.
• Lead end-to-end Hyperion/Oracle EPM implementations and cloud migrations.
• Coordinate work across onsite, offshore, and third-party resources.
