Job summary

Mastercard's Global Business Services Center (GBSC) Systems team seeks an experienced Oracle EPM/Hyperion Lead to translate complex business needs into scalable financial-system solutions. You will design, develop, and support Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Oracle EPM Cloud, driving end-to-end implementations and cloud migrations.

You will partner with FP&A, Tax, HR, and Technology to deliver budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and management reporting, while coordinating onsite,

Qualifications

• Requires at least seven years of hands-on Hyperion or Oracle EPM experience.
• Strong background delivering end-to-end Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and EPM Cloud deployments.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating work across onsite, offshore, and third-party resources.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into scalable financial-system solutions.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
• Lead end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and migrations.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, HR, and Tech teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Coordinate deliverables across vendor and internal teams and manage SLAs/KPIs.
