Job summary

Client seeks an experienced Oracle EPM Lead with 7+ years in Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Oracle EPM Cloud. The role focuses on translating complex business needs into scalable financial-system solutions, leading end-to-end implementations and cloud migrations, and partnering with FP&A, Tax, HR, and tech teams.

The candidate will design, develop, deploy, and support planning and reporting applications, while coordinating with global teams and ensuring high-quality production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years hands-on Hyperion/Oracle EPM experience in global environments.
• Experience leading full-cycle Hyperion Planning or Oracle EPM implementations.
• Preferred: Oracle EPM Cloud experience and cloud migrations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into scalable financial-system solutions.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Oracle EPM Cloud apps.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting solutions, including Financial Reporting and Smart View.
• Lead end-to-end Hyperion and Oracle EPM implementations and cloud migrations.
• Coordinate work across onsite, offshore, and third-party resources.
