Job summary

Ash Grove Cement, a CRH company, is hiring an experienced Senior Enterprise Performance Management Analyst to support FCCS, PBCS, and EDMCS across our Oracle Cloud EPM environment. You will manage data, master data, and business rules, acting as SME for EPM environments and coordinating with end users and support teams.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in Oracle Cloud EPM, strong SQL/data modeling skills, and experience with ERP/AP integrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or another technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintaining, supporting, and developing Oracle Cloud EPM solutions and reports.
• Experience in manufacturing environment and with Snowflake, Tableau, Fivetran, Groovy, and PowerShell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
• Maintains/tracks hierarchy and system updates, regular database maintenance, validation and reconciliation, system security, backups and recovery, and troubleshooting.
• Performs month-end closing data loads of statistical and financial information.
• Oversees data integration from source systems to EPM.
• Manages the daily operations of EPM Applications and their availability to end users.
• Recommends ways to enhance Consolidation and FP&A activities in the system.
• Works with Oracle Support to resolve issues via service request.
• Maintains documentation and training materials for the Finance Community.
