Ash Grove Cement Company is seeking a Senior Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Analyst to support FCCS, PBCS, and EDMCS implementations. You will be the SME for EPM environments, managing data models and close processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Oracle Cloud EPM, experience with data integration, scripting, and ERP interfaces, and can collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations in a remote-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud EPM and FCCS.
• Experience in manufacturing and data management.
• ERP integration experience with SAP/JDE/AX/NetSuite.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update EPM hierarchy, data loads, and security.
• Oversee data integration from source systems to EPM.
• Perform month-end close data loads and audits.
• Support end users and provide training and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and operations on improvements.
