Job summary

Ash Grove Cement is seeking a Senior EPM Analyst to support and enhance our Oracle Cloud EPM environment, including FCCS, PBCS, and EDMCS. The role focuses on data integrity, governance, and efficient consolidation processes across Finance and IT teams.

The candidate will manage daily operations, perform month-end loads, and drive improvements in reporting and analytics in a manufacturing setting. Remote-friendly with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 year / bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years maintaining, supporting, and developing Oracle Cloud EPM solutions and reports.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and with ERP systems (SAP/JDE/AX/NetSuite).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Oracle Cloud EPM applications including FCCS, PBCS, and EDMCS.
• Manage data integrations from source systems to EPM and oversee daily operations.
• Perform month-end data loads and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Conduct quarterly change control and security audits.
• Develop and document financial models and consolidation logic.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations to optimize processes.
