Job summary

Ash Grove Cement Company is seeking a Senior Enterprise Performance Management Analyst to support FCCS, PBCS and EDMCS in our North America operations. You will lead data governance, automate processes, and partner with finance, IT and operations.

The role requires deep Oracle EPM Cloud experience, strong SQL and scripting skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Remote options may be available; travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or other technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining, supporting, and developing Oracle Cloud EPM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
• Maintain and update hierarchy and system data, perform regular maintenance, backups and recovery.
• Lead month-end data loads and ensure data accuracy across FCCS/PBCS/EDMCS.
• Collaborate with Oracle Support to resolve issues via service requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve EPM processes and efficiency.
• Provide training and documentation for Finance staff on EPM concepts.
