Job summary

Ash Grove Cement is seeking a Senior Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Analyst to support FCCS, PBCS, and EDMCS. The role requires strong data mastery, business rules, and SME knowledge in EPM environments.

You will serve as a key support point and help drive performance improvements across FP&A and consolidation processes while collaborating with Finance, IT, and Operations. Remote-friendly with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or another technical field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintaining, supporting, and developing Oracle Cloud EPM solutions and reports.
• Experience with manufacturing environments and EPM tools including FCCS Oracle EPM Cloud, PBCS, EDMCS

Responsibilities

• Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
• Maintains/tracks hierarchy and system updates, regular database maintenance, validation and reconciliation, system security, backups and recovery, and troubleshooting.
• Performs month-end closing data loads of statistical and financial information.
• Conducts quarterly change control and security audits.
• Oversees data integration from source systems to EPM.
• Manages the daily operations of EPM Applications and their availability to end users.
• Recommends improvements for Consolidation and FP&A activities.
• Works with Oracle Support to resolve application issues via service requests.
• Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in business operations.
• Maintains documentation and training materials for Finance community.
• Domestic Travel up to 25%.
