Job summary

Ash Grove Cement, a CRH Company, is seeking a Senior Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Analyst to support FCCS, PBCS, and EDMCS, focusing on data governance, business rules, and end-user support.

The role requires strong Oracle EPM expertise, experience with Snowflake, Tableau, and scripting, plus collaboration across Finance, IT, and Operations. Remote candidates in the US are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintaining, supporting, and developing Oracle Cloud EPM solutions.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of FCCS, PBCS, EDMCS; data management and business rules.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update EPM hierarchy and data, ensure security and backups.
• Perform month-end data loads for financial information.
• Oversee data integration from source systems to EPM.
• Support end users and troubleshoot EPM applications.
• Collaborate with Oracle Support to resolve issues.
• Prepare training and documentation for Finance staff.
