Job summary

Ash Grove Cement is seeking a Senior Enterprise Performance Management Analyst to support EPM applications such as FCCS, PBCS, and EDMCS. You will manage data, business rules, and EPM environments to support finance operations.

Ideal candidates have a strong data orientation, experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, and the ability to collaborate across Finance, IT, and Operations. Remote-friendly and travel up to 25% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintaining, supporting, and developing Oracle Cloud EPM.
• Experience with FCCS Oracle EPM Cloud and financial modeling experience.
• ERP experience with SAP, JDE, AX and/or NetSuite.
• Strong scripting and automation knowledge including EPM Automate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support EPM applications, including FCCS, PBCS, and EDMCS.
• Manage data integration from source systems to EPM and ensure availability.
• Perform month-end data loads and ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct security audits and change control in the EPM environment.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT to optimize FP&A processes.
• Create documentation and training materials for Finance staff.
• Provide alternatives and recommendations based on best practices.
• Assist with troubleshooting and Oracle Support requests.
• Travel up to 25% domestically as required.
