Job summary

Ash Grove Cement Company is hiring a Senior Enterprise Performance Management Analyst to support Oracle EPM Cloud applications including FCCS, PBCS, and EDMCS. You will manage data, host system updates, and ensure accuracy of financial planning and reporting in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires strong data management, governance, and scripting experience, plus collaboration with Finance, IT, and Operations. Remote candidates are welcome within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining, supporting, and developing Oracle Cloud EPM solutions and reports.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and proficiency with Snowflake, Tableau, Fivetran, Groovy, and PowerShell scripting.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and to collaborate with Finance, Operations and IT.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce plant safety guidelines.
• Oversee data integration from source systems to Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Manage daily operations and availability of EPM applications for end users.
• Perform month-end data loads and ensure data quality across FCCS, PBCS and EDMCS.
• Support audits, change control, and security across the EPM environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy of financial processes.
