Job summary

SMX seeks accomplished Senior Business Analysts to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and configure Oracle E-Business Suite solutions. Work includes requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and align the system with business goals.

The role requires an active clearance or public trust and is remote with some travel. Candidates should have 10+ years of experience, Oracle EBS expertise, and strong analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field; postgraduate study may substitute for experience.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in business analysis and Oracle EBS environments.
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and solution design.
• Active clearance or ability to obtain/public trust (sponsor dependent).
• Experience with iProcurement, Purchasing, and CLM in Oracle EBS.
• Deep understanding LOA configuration and accounting within Oracle EBS.
• Familiarity with Oracle 12.2.x schema; ability to create queries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for new features, enhancements, and configurations in Oracle EBS.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and design solutions.
• Configure Oracle EBS modules to meet business requirements through production.
• Create test plans, scripts, and cases; perform functional testing and assist UAT.
• Provide ongoing end-user support, troubleshoot, and coordinate resolutions.
• Bridge business units and technical teams for successful integration.
• Analyze current processes to identify Oracle EBS improvements.
• Develop system and user documentation and deliver trainings.
