Job summary

SMX seeks accomplished Senior Business Analysts to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and configure Oracle EBS solutions. The role requires active clearance and is remote with some travel.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and align with business objectives. Strong LOA knowledge and accounting understanding are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field; postgraduate study may substitute for experience (3 credit hours per 3 months up to 36 credit hours).
• Active security clearance or public trust (sponsor dependent) required.
• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related field.
• Experience with Oracle EBS configuration, modules, and LOA accounting.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for Oracle EBS features and configurations.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and implement system solutions.
• Configure Oracle EBS modules to meet requirements through production.
• Create test plans and scripts; perform functional testing and assist in UAT.
• Provide ongoing end-user support and coordinate with technical teams.
