Job summary

SMX is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and configure Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions. You will work remotely with some travel, gather requirements, design and implement system solutions, test, train users, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and align the system with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has an active clearance or public trust, 10+ years of experience, and deep Oracle EBS knowledge

Qualifications

• Active clearance or public trust required (sponsor dependent).
• Experience in iProcurement, Purchasing, CLM.
• Deep understanding of accounting and LOA configuration.
• Familiarity with Oracle 12.2.x schema and able to create queries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for Oracle EBS features and configurations.
• Translate business needs into functional specs and design system solutions.
• Configure Oracle EBS modules to meet requirements through production.
• Create test plans and perform functional testing, assist UAT.
• Provide ongoing end-user support and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.
• Bridge between business units and technical teams for integration.
• Analyze processes and identify improvements using Oracle EBS.
• Develop system and user documentation and deliver training.
