Job summary

Hiresquad Resources is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Lead to drive the technical delivery of a large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS implementation, serving as the primary technical contact between the client, onshore team, and offshore resources.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of Oracle HCM technical experience, at least two full-cycle implementations, and strong OCI, OIC, CIF, integrations, and data conversion expertise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle HCM technical experience.
• 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations as Technical Lead.
• Experience with OCI, OIC, CIF, integrations, reporting, and data conversion.
• Experience leading large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM workstreams.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing offshore delivery teams.
• Ability to lead technical design discussions and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own overall technical delivery for a large Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS implementation.
• Provide end-to-end leadership across design, integrations, reporting, and data conversion.
• Lead discussions on OCI, OIC, CIF, APIs, middleware, networking, and firewall needs.
• Manage onshore and offshore technical teams and code quality.
• Maintain and track technical objects such as integrations and reports.
• Lead environment planning, provisioning, connectivity, and release readiness.
• Drive data validation, test cycles, payroll parallel testing, and UAT readiness.
• Conduct POCs and security assessments for mobile/AI capabilities.
• Support go-live and stabilization with production readiness.
